After a highly successful first bottling of their Two Casks 10-year-old whisky, Finch have released this second bottling, again coming from two excellent casks. One a high-class red wine cask and the other ex-bourbon of equal calibre. Specially grown wheat and barley malt from the Swabian Alb plateau form the perfect basis for an excellent distillate, which has been allowed to mature for 10 years in the carefully selected barrels. Expect distinct flavours of caramel, coconut, honey and very dark chocolate.
