PRODUCTION:Vinification by maceration with controlled temperature at 26-28C. After malolactic fermentation, refinement in French tonneau at least for 8 months.
COLOUR:Deep red with very nice violet hints.
BOUQUET:Really intense aromas and reminiscent of fruit jam, blackcurrants, cherries, mulberries, cocoa and liquorice.
TASTE:Round, smooth taste with fruity notes and an aromatic aftertaste.
