Cabernet Sauvignon blended together with small amounts of Syrah and Alicante Bouschet from sustainably farmed vineyards sites in the Maule Valley. Winemaker David Marcel arrived to Chile fresh off the boat from France after graduating from university and never looked back. Fermented with native yeast and aged in a mixture of concrete and used oak. A gorgeous Bordeaux-like wine that on the nose shows plum, cassis, leather, and dusty earth with light dried rose petals. On the palate the wine has smooth, soft tannins that wrap around the dark fruit core and a light finish.
